Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operational review meetings with insights

• Analyze financial impacts of operational decisions

• Identify material, labor, and overhead cost savings

• Assist in developing the annual operating plan

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis for projects

Requirements:

• BS degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years in FP&A or cost accounting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office and financial applications

• Intermediate Excel skills with large data sets
