Join our dedicated FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst in Delta or Downtown Vancouver, or remotely if preferred. This position focuses on transformative financial insights and continuous improvement processes.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll engage in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering actionable insights that support business objectives. Reporting to the Head of FP&A Operations, you will lead forecasting and variance analysis processes while enhancing reporting accuracy. Your collaborative spirit will help drive the overall planning processes, ensuring alignment across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic financial recommendations as a trusted advisor

• Construct and track key financial performance indicators

• Oversee monthly forecasting and variance analyses

• Support annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning

• Implement process enhancements for increased efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent

• 5+ years in a relevant FP&A role

• Exceptional skills in Excel for financial modeling

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Proven success in process optimization
