Position: Controller for Argus Group
Shape the financial future of Argus Group as a Controller at our corporate office near Boundary Bay Airport, Delta, B.C. Lead financial operations and enhance accounting processes in this pivotal leadership role.

We are seeking a Controller to oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires extensive experience in corporate accounting along with a strong understanding of compliance and internal controls. You'll collaborate closely with the CFO and enhance efficiencies across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting operations and reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Implement and improve internal control procedures

• Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with auditors

• Provide strategic financial analysis for decision-making

Requirements:

• CPA designation and bachelor's degree in Finance

• 3-4 years in a senior finance leadership role

• Extensive experience in financial reporting and management

• Strong project management and leadership abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
