In this entry-level management position, you will support Room Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, and Concierge services. Directly supervise guest arrival procedures, ensure cleanliness standards, and strive for exceptional guest satisfaction while meeting budget goals. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach will help you flourish in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Front Desk and Housekeeping shift activities
• Manage room operations reports and guest feedback
• Supervise department areas in manager's absence
• Ensure supplies and uniforms are available for employees
• Assist with budget management to maximize revenue
Requirements:
• High school diploma; 4 years relevant experience
• OR 2-year degree with 2 years experience
• Understanding of guest services and operational procedures
• Ability to train and mentor staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills
