In this hands-on position, you will manage the daily operations of food and beverage services, monitoring quality and compliance with company standards. You are responsible for staff management, ordering supplies, and maintaining operational budgets to achieve business goals.
Your role is integral to providing a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise F&B daily operations and compliance
• Manage staffing to achieve operational goals
• Order necessary supplies and uniforms
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain adherence to food safety regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years in food and beverage management required
• 1-year experience with a 2-year degree in hospitality preferred
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of operational budgets
