Position: Delta Hotels Night Auditor Role
Become a Night Auditor at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Vancouver.

Your role focuses on delivering exemplary guest service while performing daily transaction reconciliations and facilitating check-ins.

This position centers around creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will provide personalized service, assist with guest inquiries, and maintain excellent work relationships across departments. Your commitment to a clean environment and organized workspace will contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile all financial transactions for the day

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support

• Counsel guests on Marriott Rewards participation

• Address any guest concerns within guidelines

• Ensure a professional and tidy front desk area

Requirements:

• High school diploma/Secondary qualification required

• Previous experience in front desk roles preferred

• Night shift capability from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

• Fluent in English;
Opera knowledge a bonus

• Availability for weekends and public holidays
