Key Responsibilities:

• Lead banquet team to meet service excellence

• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory

• Monitor and manage beverage inventory accurately

• Create memorable guest experiences through collaboration

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in banquet/event service management

• Smart Serve certified with solid F&B knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
