We seek an experienced Manager on Duty to lead operations when the General Manager is away.

Your role emphasizes collaboration across departments, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining high standards of service. You will engage directly with guests, supporting staff and overseeing hotel safety, ensuring every detail contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departments for smooth hotel operations

• Manage and resolve guest complaints for satisfaction

• Support various departments as service needs arise

• Conduct property walks for safety and cleanliness

• Complete daily MOD reports for management review

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in hospitality

• Strong hotel operations knowledge

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with employee performance issues

• Able to handle flexible working hours
