Guest Services Agent at Coast

Join Coast as a Guest Services Agent, where you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to all guests during their stay.

Your role will include check-in, room management, and interactions with various departments.

As a Guest Services Agent, you'll report to the Front Office Manager and be the welcoming face of the hotel. Responsibilities include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing inquiries, assisting with group arrivals, and ensuring all services run smoothly. With at least one year of guest service experience, you'll be equipped to provide excellent service and manage transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively

• Assist with luggage storage and reservations

• Process cash and card transactions accurately

• Liaise with departments for seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Grade 12 graduation required

• Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel front desk role

• Diploma in Hospitality preferred

• Knowledge of reservation systems is an asset

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
