THE ROLE

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) reports directly to the Senior Director, HR Specialty Brands in a shared‑service HR model. The Manager, HRBP aligns talent and organizational plans with business priorities for their assigned business client groups.

The Manager, HRBP will play both a hands‑on tactical and strategic partner, working closely with client managers and directors to proactively identify talent and organizational needs. The HRBP will act as a change agent—leading, brokering, and facilitating HR solutions for the assigned client area and delivering value‑added services to leaders and employees. Key focus areas include performance management, employee relations, compensation, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, engagement, change management and other HR operational activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a consultative partner with leadership to harmonize HR and business strategies, fostering employee engagement and achieving tangible business outcomes.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the business, build credibility with leaders, and drive change to maintain a high‑performance culture.
  • Implement talent strategies for succession planning, career growth, and inclusive leadership development.
  • Diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR programs, optimizing processes and aligning with HR policies and best practices.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, collaborate with ER and legal teams to conduct investigations, and identify trends to reduce risks.
  • Perform organizational development analysis, identify root causes, and recommend action plans to support business transformation.
  • Analyze workforce trends to forecast labor needs, identify sources, and use HR metrics to guide talent decisions.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to ensure HR programs meet client needs within a shared‑service model.
  • Support core HR programs such as performance management, merit and compensation planning, talent review, and development actions.
  • Collaborate with client leaders to evaluate employee engagement and create action plans for a diverse, inclusive workforce.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers on recruiting strategies for building a diverse, high‑performing team.
  • Deliver training across levels on leadership development and performance management.
  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations such as onboarding delivery, job description reviews, headcount reconciliation, and other operational tasks.

CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
