Make a difference at Maersk as a People Partner, specializing in HR support and leadership engagement. This hybrid role encompasses employee relations, compliance, and HR policy facilitation.
As a People Partner, you will be the first point of contact for leaders needing guidance on employee issues, from performance management to disciplinary actions. Drive compliance initiatives and take charge of training programs that promote organizational growth while enhancing employee relations at multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers on diverse employee-related challenges
• Participate in the creation of HR policies
• Facilitate performance management and improvement plans
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee issues
• Assist with leadership development training initiatives
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a related field
• Advanced English proficiency;
Spanish is a strong plus
• Familiar with HRIS platforms, Workday preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law required
• Multi-site HR experience preferred
