CET, a top provider of gas detection and air quality solutions, seeks an HR and Office Administrator to enhance its operational backbone. This role incorporates payroll processing, employee management, and workplace operations to ensure a supporting and organized environment for all staff. Your proactive approach will be essential in connecting various departments and maintaining effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits
• Maintain comprehensive HR records and compliance
• Coordinate office supplies and team events
• Track vendor invoices and implement office logistics
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in HR or administrative roles
• Experience with Canadian payroll systems preferred
• Knowledge of BC employment standards
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and ATS software
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
