We are now expanding our Delta office and are seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants with a strong agency background, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building long‑term client relationships.

About the Opportunity
This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, placement, and account management.

Compensation Options
At Recruiting in Motion, we understand that experienced recruiters value flexibility in how they structure their earnings. We offer two compensation models:

Full Commission Model
Our highest earning potential option designed for experienced, entrepreneurial recruiters who want maximum upside and unlimited income potential.

Base Salary + Commission Model
A competitive salaried position combined with a lower percentage commission structure, ideal for recruiters seeking additional stability while still benefiting from strong earning opportunities.

Manage the complete recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of current agency recruitment experience

Proven success managing a full 360 desk within a staffing or recruitment firm

Strong business development and account management abilities

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach

Legal authorization to work in Canada
