You will be responsible for the operational backbone of HR functions, ensuring compliance and managing vendor relations. Your efforts will create a smooth, organized environment that fosters a positive employee experience and promotes collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own payroll accuracy and benefit management
• Handle HR documentation and compliance tasks
• Serve as first contact for employee inquiries
• Supervise office supplies and vendor management
• Facilitate onboarding and recruitment processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in HR administration or operations
• Knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems like BambooHR
• Understanding of BC employment laws
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
