This position requires 7+ years of HR experience, allowing you to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a supportive workplace culture.
Your role will involve leading HR practices across various environmental projects, advising senior management, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations vital to the organization’s integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the Business Unit HR team
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
• Oversee complex employee relations and promote engagement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; HR degree required
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills
• Proven coaching and leadership experience
• Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
