Delta Upsilon is hiring Leadership Consultants to start as soon as possible. This full‑time position offers benefits and potential compensation up to $100,000 over two years.
The position is a one‑year contract with a two‑year mutual option. It involves extensive travel paid for by the Fraternity and focuses on establishing new chapters and recruitment.
Leadership Consultants serve as ambassadors, working directly with students, alumni, and universities to advance Delta Upsilon’s initiatives. The role supports professional development through mentorship, executive leadership panels, and an annual in‑person meeting with a DU alumnus in your chosen career field.
Essential Responsibilities- Assist chapters across North America with recruitment efforts
- Act as the primary staff member on expansion efforts
- Conduct chapter visits relating to various aspects of chapter operations
- Assist in the logistical preparation and planning for expansion
- Provide officer training for associate chapter members during chapter visits
- Assist in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating Chapter Excellence Plan (CEP) submissions
- Serve as chapter liaison
- Assist in creating and collecting Fraternity-related resources
- Assist with the Fraternity's educational programs
- Demonstrate a commitment to Delta Upsilon’s Mission and Four Founding Principles
- Degree from an accredited four‑year college or university
- Demonstrated leadership within the Fraternity and/or student organizations
- A desire for extensive travel
- Ownership or full access to an insured vehicle
- Professional conduct and appearance
Potential compensation up to $100,000 over two years, including salary, retention bonuses, and performance‑based incentives. Travel is paid by the Fraternity. The position includes training at IHQ, ongoing webinars, staff meetings, and access to executive leadership panels.
