Delta Upsilon is seeking Leadership Consultants for a one-year contract with a potential two-year extension. In this role, you will collaborate with students, alumni, and universities to advance the Fraternity's goals. Key tasks include recruitment efforts, chapter visits, and officer training, all while offering professional mentorship and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chapters with recruitment across North America
• Lead the expansion efforts and chapter visits
• Conduct evaluations related to operations
• Facilitate officer training during chapter visits
• Support educational programs and resources
Requirements:
• Commitment to Delta Upsilon’s Mission and Principles
• Degree from an accredited college or university
• Proven leadership in Fraternity or student organizations
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Ownership of an insured vehicle
