Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full HR services supporting supervision and staff

• Conduct recruitment and facilitate employee onboarding

• Manage attendance programs and disability claims

• Create reports using HR systems like Workday and Kronos

• Drive employee recognition and health initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as an HR Generalist in unionized environments

• Degree or diploma in human resources or related fields

• CPHR designation preferred

• Exceptional client-service mindset and judgment

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
