Position: Senior HR Partner with Village Farms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business

• Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience

• Comprehensive understanding of employee relations and coaching

• Experience in transformational HR initiatives

• Strong influencing and collaborative skills
