This is a true 360 recruitment opportunity where you'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new client relationships and growing your own portfolio
• Building and managing a profitable recruitment desk
• Winning retained and contingent search assignments
• Recruiting, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates
• Managing searches from intake through offer negotiation and placement
• Growing long-term client and candidate relationships
• Achieving and exceeding personal billing goals

You'll likely bring:

• Agency recruitment experience with a proven billing history
• Strong business development skills and confidence winning new clients
• An established professional network and existing market relationships
• Experience managing a full 360 recruitment desk
• Strong negotiation, consulting, and account management skills
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach
• A passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
