This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Manager based in Delta, BC. The District Manager will oversee operations within the district, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include team management, developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering collaboration across teams. Regular reporting on district performance and managing resources efficiently will also be key aspects of the role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring teams effectively
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and client engagement
• Organizational and time-management skills to ensure operational efficiency and effective resource allocation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for evaluating performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in business management tools and reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
