You will be responsible for developing a corporate maintenance strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and managing maintenance teams across multiple sites. Your leadership will emphasize asset reliability, cost optimization, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as reliability-centered maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create standardized maintenance policies and best practices

• Evaluate facility performance and set KPIs

• Support business expansion and integration of new facilities

• Oversee vendor negotiation and major procurements

• Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or similar

• 8+ years in maintenance operations with leadership experience

• Expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation

• Strong background in technology systems implementation

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
