Position: Chainlink Labs People Project Executive
Shape the future of talent management as a Senior People Project Manager at Chainlink Labs. This fully remote role focuses on leading People initiatives and effective collaboration.

As a vital part of our PMO team, you’ll work closely with leaders across the People function to drive projects. Your expertise in project orchestration and change management is crucial in ensuring project success and adoption. Adaptability to evolving priorities and responsibilities is key to a successful tenure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of People-centric project initiatives

• Establish operational frameworks and best practices

• Ensure initiatives are effectively adopted through robust change strategies

• Monitor project outcomes and provide leadership updates

• Empower People leaders by managing project delivery efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience (4+ years) in HR

• Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills

• Proficiency in measuring success through robust reporting

• High accountability and organizational discipline

• Understanding of agile methodologies in project environments
