Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide farm labourers and machinery operators

• Oversee daily agricultural operations and task assignments

• Support equipment maintenance and farm infrastructure

• Ensure biosecurity and sanitation procedures are followed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in greenhouse or agricultural settings

• Familiarity with crop health and safety regulations

• Experience supervising or leading teams an asset

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities

• Physical stamina for demanding agricultural tasks
