- Lead a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors in the vicinity.
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority for the team.
- Provide learning opportunities for your team.
- Effectively manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrate an appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
- Understand code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide the team on construction sites.
- Gain familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources to drive success for the team.
- 5+ years of modernization expertise with supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
- Strong appetite for learning and working in an exciting and new field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $119,000 – $156,240. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
