In this full-time role, you will manage tenant services and reception, focusing on creating meaningful connections with residents and their families. You will ensure efficient occupancy coordination while supporting the administrative team and compliance activities. Your organizational skills and compassion will be vital in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily tenant services and administrative operations
• Act as a key contact for residents, families, and external partners
• Coordinate residents’ transitions and maintain records
• Support billing and occupancy management processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant areas
• 3-5 years in senior housing management
• Supervisory experience and leadership skills preferred
• Familiarity with occupancy administration and billing
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
