Installation Supervisor – Vancouver, BC
As Installation Supervisor, you will lead a team on construction sites, coordinate with multiple subcontractors, and manage schedules while ensuring safety guidelines are followed. You will guide team members regarding code requirements and building system knowledge, work with general contractors, and effectively manage resources.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction/modernization experience, including supervisory experience with a union‑represented workforce.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.

Strong safety mindset and ability to implement and monitor safety guidelines.

Excellent scheduling and performance‑tracking skills.

Effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.

A passion for learning and leveraging new technologies.
