We are seeking a strategic and proven Director of Operations to enhance our equipment rental operations. This permanent full-time role encompasses responsibility for operations, maintenance, logistics, parts, rentals, and personnel development. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, with a focus on scaling businesses while enforcing best practices and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across all departments

• Revamp and enhance operational processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Significant experience at Director or VP level
