This full-time position requires a dedicated Supervisor to manage our shipping and receiving department effectively. You will be responsible for directing the team, organizing daily shipments, and enforcing quality control.
Your role is essential for supporting machine operations and ensuring that safety standards are upheld in a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct team activities and organize daily operations
• Prioritize and coordinate shipment schedules
• Package and dispatch finished doors accurately
• Conduct quality control checks prior to shipping
• Provide assistance to Customer Service when needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems
• Forklift certification is mandatory
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected
• Ability to lift 40 - 70 lbs as needed
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work
