Lore Electric is looking for the best Commercial Electrical Supervisor in Vancouver to help lead and grow our field teams. This is not a standard 7–4 role. • Oversee all foremen and field staff across multiple active job sites.
• Set clear expectations around quality, safety, productivity, and professionalism.
• Regularly visit job sites to review progress, workmanship, and site conditions.
• Support foremen with planning, sequencing, problem solving, and crew management.
• Step in on site as needed to resolve technical issues or support critical phases of work.

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and code requirements.
• Confirm schedules and milestones are being followed and flag risks or delays early.
• Monitor labour efficiency, site organization, and material usage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑run job sites at all times.
• Work closely with project management to align field execution with budgets and schedules.

• Train and mentor foremen, journeymen, and apprentices on technical skills and best practices.
