Maximize productivity as a Moving Van Drivers Supervisor, overseeing operations at our trucking company. This full-time role involves supervising teams, dispatching drivers, and ensuring safety regulations are met.

In this permanent position, you'll utilize your experience supervising 5-10 workers and apply your knowledge of MS Office and Excel effectively. You are responsible for training staff, preparing reports, and resolving operational challenges while coordinating activities and monitoring routes daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production and operational reports regularly

• Recommend improvements for work methods and productivity

• Supervise drivers and address work-related issues

• Dispatch drivers and monitor transportation routes

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in transportation

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• Proficient in MS Access and MS Excel

• Must work on-site; no remote option

• Steel-toed safety boots required
