Position: Operations Supervisor Role BC
Elevate operations at Imperial Dade as an Operations Supervisor in Delta, BC. Focus on supervising the receiving and order filling processes while ensuring employee safety.

In this supervisory role, you will oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff and enforce safe operational practices. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining productivity and meeting budgetary targets while fostering a collaborative environment. Champion internal and external customer service initiatives as you manage compliance and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor all warehouse drivers and employees

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture

• Supervise order filling, receiving, and truck loading processes

• Utilize Trac POD and Geo Tab for driver management

• Perform ongoing training and orientation for staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution

• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities

• Familiarity with warehouse best practices

• Post-secondary education in operations management preferred

• Experience preferred in dry storage environments
