Manage a vibrant residential community as the Building Manager in Tsawwassen, BC. Collaborate with residents while ensuring the property is well-maintained and secure.
This full-time position requires a Building Manager who can oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, resident assistance, and administrative tasks. You will ensure compliance with community standards while maintaining effective communication with both residents and the strata council. We seek someone reliable, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise property site as directed by the Property Manager
• Perform routine inspections and reporting
• Handle move-in/out logistics and communication
• Enforce cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property
• Submit monthly reports to the strata council
Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant building management experience preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office essential
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and private vehicle
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
