Elevate facility management as a Full Time Cleaning Service Manager. Direct operations, evaluate daily tasks, and lead a dedicated team to ensure top-notch cleanliness at our physical location.
This role requires overseeing all cleaning service aspects and managing operational standards. You will plan, organize, and control daily activities while implementing effective policies and procedures. Additionally, you will address customer concerns while supervising staff and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily cleaning operations
• Evaluate and optimize daily service performance
• Establish policies and procedures for personnel
• Plan budget and manage inventory with precision
• Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• 1 to 2 years of relevant management experience
• Permanent resident or valid work permit holder in Canada
• Ability to work on-site without remote options
• Strong customer service skills to handle concerns
