Director of Sales BC

Elevate your career as the Director of Sales for a leading European hydraulic equipment manufacturer based in Delta, BC.

This role offers a hybrid work model and requires domestic and international travel.

Our client is on the hunt for a strategic and results-oriented sales executive to drive their sales performance in Canada and the U.S. With a strong foundation in industrial capital equipment sales, preferably in B2B channels, you will assist the General Manager in achieving ambitious growth plans. This leadership role offers the opportunity to forge impactful relationships with OEMs and further develop the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to meet profitability goals

• Oversee P&L for Canadian and U.S. operations

• Strengthen partnerships with dealers and defense contractors

• Discover new market opportunities for growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes

Requirements:

• Significant account management in a manufacturing setting

• Proven track record in B2B and OEM sales

• Understanding of financial management and budgeting

• Strong leadership skills across teams

• Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
