Join as an Executive Project Leader focusing on defence and complex training initiatives. This role involves off-site work with travel across Canada and internationally.
Our client is in search of a Senior Project Leader/Executive with extensive experience in the defence sector. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience working on government capital initiatives, workforce modernization, and organizational design. A NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory, along with a robust understanding of project documentation and strategies to enhance military capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic insights to senior officials in government
• Analyze staffing models and align them with operational needs
• Develop and submit essential project documentation
• Review military training delivery models and simulation systems
• Propose improvements in organizational structures and employment models
Requirements:
• 10 years of cumulative advisory and project leadership experience
• Security clearance at the NATO Secret level
• Familiarity with diverse project document types
• Experience in defence and military training programs
• Willingness to travel to support project needs
