Position: Regional On Premise Leadership Role at Red Bull

In this leadership role, you’ll direct three On Premise Managers, aligning their efforts with Red Bull's broader business objectives. Your focus will include driving growth, continual team development, and fostering strong partnerships with customers. A background in the On Premise industry coupled with strong coaching abilities is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embody the Red Bull culture and brand ambassador values

• Ensure team meets brand image standards

• Manage and drive execution of regional growth plans

• Explore business opportunities for perfect market coverage

• Develop incentives for customer engagement and growth

Requirements:

• Strong On Premise industry knowledge

• Minimum three years of successful sales experience

• Two years of relevant management experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Fluency in English;
French skills are advantageous
