You will also enforce health and safety policies, develop response strategies, and provide mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with and enforce Health and Safety procedures

• Participate in On-Call roster and dynamic shift scheduling

• Coordinate response personnel and equipment efficiently

• Develop effective response strategies for safety and environment

• Mentor and support Emergency Response Team members

Requirements:

• Valid BC Driver's license required

• NFPA 472 Technician certification needed

• Experience with hazardous materials and spill response

• Knowledge of Incident Command System principles

• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment and safety techniques
