Operations Manager for Fulfillment Center

Lead operational excellence as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon’s Fulfillment Center in Tsawwassen First Nation. Oversee budgeting and team development to achieve performance targets.

Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to take charge of site operations and staff development. With over seven years of management experience in distribution or manufacturing, you will drive quality initiatives and improve safety and customer experience. Leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, you will set clear expectations and ensure their accountability for goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process, quality, and Lean initiatives

• Ensure safety and performance in Inbound/Outbound operations

• Set expectations and measure performance of managers

• Foster idea-sharing and improvement plans

• Collaborate with support teams for resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years in management within production or distribution

• Knowledge of performance metrics and process improvement

• Flexibility for varied hours, including weekends

• Experience in staffing and performance management
