As Superintendent, you will oversee a wide range of warehouse activities, reporting to the Operations Manager. Your leadership will drive productivity, maintain service quality, and create a supportive environment for employees. Responsibilities include addressing concerns, supporting safety efforts, and minimizing operational costs through effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise workforce for seamless operations

• Collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency

• Uphold safety standards and quality service

• Control labor costs and minimize overtime

• Coach staff to achieve and exceed targets

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Previous customer service experience is an asset

• Forklift operation experience preferred

• Must pass CBSA Background Clearance

• Must complete pre-employment physical demands analysis
