315363 BC Ltd. O/A Domino’s Pizza is seeking 4 Food Service Supervisors to join their various locations in the Lower Mainland, BC. Positions are full-time (35‑40 h / week), permanent, and offer a salary of $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Education:

Must have a minimum of high school graduation.

Experience:

Completion of a diploma in food service administration and/or at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required.

Language:
Able to communicate in English.

• Supervise staff and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist management in hiring and training new staff when required.
• Oversee sanitation of the store and safety of the staff.
• Coordinate daily activities of staff and assist in composing shift schedules.
• Ensure food quality is maintained as per company standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with company policies.

Good organizational and public‑relations skills.

Fast‑paced environment; must work under pressure, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Fast‑paced pizza outlets with dine‑in, pick‑up, and delivery services. Applicants must be able to work any day and shift, including overtime.
