Hotel Equities is seeking a skilled Executive Chef with a focus on full-service hotel environments in Ontario. Your experience will span overseeing all culinary operations, from menu planning to catering events, ensuring compliance with safety standards while delighting guests with exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations and culinary staff

• Execute and innovate restaurant and banquet menus

• Ensure strict food cost and labor management

• Uphold health and safety regulations across the kitchen

• Develop, train, and inspire culinary team members

Requirements:

• Preferred Red Seal Certification in Culinary Arts

• 3+ years of experience in culinary leadership

• Experience in high-volume hotel kitchen operations

• Must be available for evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and leadership skills
