This is a Part Time position for Morning shifts starting as early as 6:30am 15 hours per week The hourly wage for this position is $18.63/Hour

Location:

Regency Retirement Resorts have 8 locations in the Okanagan, including Vernon, Penticton, West Kelowna, and Kelowna. This position is on site at the Parkwood Location in Vernon

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be performing food service and cleaning activities at Parkwood Retirement Resort within established guidelines and procedures as assigned.

• Maintain professional conduct, grooming, and appearance according to resort standards.
• Serve food and beverages for all meals, events, and catering functions.
• Prepare and serve specific food items, such as breakfast items.
• Set up, clear, and break down Food and Beverage areas for events and meals.
• Clean and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and store them properly.
• Restock dietary supplies, unpack groceries, and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Foster a team environment and maintain positive interactions with staff and other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of Resident and organizational information while supporting their well-being.
• Reports damaged or inoperable equipment, furniture and fixtures to the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• Assist with new employee orientation and perform other related duties as assigned.
