Inside Sales Representative
Actively seeks to increase sales volume servicing existing accounts; growing sales at existing accounts, and identifying new accounts in a highly competitive environment servicing the industrial, commercial and food industries rigid packaging needs.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively manages inside sales customer base
• Understands customer’s business and creates plans, pricing and strategies to fill the marketplace
• Fields new business inquiries, determine the opportunities and handles accordingly
• Prospects new business
• Understanding of competitor’s products, processes and capabilities
• Consults and adds value as a resource to the customer, be proactive as a valued partner
• Team player who can help the sales organization achieve overall results
Requirements:
• 4-year degree or relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in sales or related background
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial and business plans
• Ability to develop value-selling skills
• Strategic thought processes
• Ability to develop strong negotiating skills
• Thorough follow-up and record-keeping skills

The range is $62,386.53-$74,269.68 per year. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate's experience, work location, skills, etc.
