JOB SUMMARY:
In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Account Executive is responsible for supporting, servicing, sustaining, and growing the existing dealer network. Also, where necessary or as decided, expand/add new dealers to increase FPI's market share. This position reports to the regional Manager and is ideally physically located in the Lower Mainland/Victoria Areas. The sales territories for this position consists of BC and Yukon.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and/or exceed Sales Targets in Territory.
- Achieve goals as laid out in the AE territory business plan.
- Develop & Complete an Action Plan for each dealer within the specified timeframe.
- Prospect and develop new dealer accounts in underserved markets through targeted outreach and territory planning.
- Log all prospecting activities, calls, meetings, and outcomes accurately in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and data integrity.
- Use CRM analytics and segmentation to identify high-potential opportunities, prioritize outreach, and coordinate follow-up communications with dealers.
- Execute dealer communications via the CRM (email templates, sequences, tasks) to maintain consistent, timely engagement.
- Apply the Sales Playbook and established sales methodology to build business-driven relationships that align dealer needs with company goals.
- Focus conversations on creating mutual value-drive dealer performance and profitability while advancing company revenue and market expansion.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product line, stay current on new product launches, and analyze competitive products to articulate the Regency Product's competitive advantages and effectively position Regency products against competitors.
- Call on all assigned accounts on a regular basis
- Responsible for managing all Regency showroom units in assigned dealers.
- Schedule and present the Regency Sales Training Program to each Dealer and sales staff; update and retrain new staff as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule demand-generation activities with dealers (e.g., weekend sales, local trade shows, fairs) focused on Regency products; frequency to align with territory business plan and sales targets.
- Arrange Regency product installations in dealer showrooms, coordinating schedules with dealer installers to ensure timely setup and presentation.
- Support other Regency departments (e.g., Credit, Finance, Tech Support) to resolve dealer-related issues, including account discrepancies and past-due matters.
- Maintain professionalism and act in a manner consistent with FPI's mission and guiding principles.

QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFICATIONS:
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Ability to read/understand customers in a business environment.
- Effective working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience evaluating the marketplace and making recommendations for territory development.
- Previous success at prospecting for new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
- Ability to train and educate dealer staff in sales, products, and administration with Regency, etc.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to understand technical installations of our products.
- Able to travel, as required, to manage your territory and business plan (overnight is required).
