Your Impact (The Day-to-Day):

  • Drive the Pipeline: Engage with prospective students through high-volume outbound outreach (80–150 touchpoints per day). Momentum is your best friend.
  • Consultative Enrollment: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery sessions to understand student goals and match them with the right academic programs.
  • Event Execution: Represent the college at career fairs and open houses, acting as the "face" of our brand to attract top‑tier talent.
  • Account Management: Manage the student journey from the initial "hello" to the first day of class, ensuring all documentation and eligibility requirements are met.
  • Crush Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment KPIs through effective follow‑up and closing strategies.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • The Track Record: 2+ years of success in a high-volume sales environment (B2C, recruitment, or telemarketing).
  • The Mindset: You view "no" as "not yet." You are resilient, competitive, and motivated by hitting targets.
  • The Voice: A professional, confident phone presence. You can build rapport in seconds and handle objections with ease.
  • The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but your performance history is what we value most.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in Private Post-Secondary admissions or education sales.
  • A "CRM-First" mentality—you know that if it isn't in the system, it didn't happen.
  • The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
