Tatcha seeks enthusiastic Beauty Sales and Education Ambassadors to join its mission in transforming skincare. In this freelance position, you will work primarily Thursday through Sunday, dedicating 10-12 hours weekly to engage Sephora associates and help meet sales targets. Your efforts will build meaningful relationships within stores while supporting the Tatcha brand’s holistic skincare philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate Sephora staff on Tatcha skincare products

• Drive store sales to reach set targets

• Cultivate collaborative relationships with store personnel

• Manage inventory per Sephora operational guidelines

• Coordinate with Tatcha Account Executive on stock management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in prestige beauty sales

• Previous experience at Sephora is essential

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Fluency in Mandarin required

• Proven ability to build in-store relationships
