Are you a driven, energetic business development professional ready to make an impact in the staffing industry?

We are is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team.

Pay Range: 80,000 to 95,000 yearly with opportunities for additional bonus compensation

Essential Job Functions

As a Business Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This includes outside sales activities such as prospecting, cold calls, telemarketing, territory planning, and relationship‑building with clients of all sizes and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted sales plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives for medium to large‑sized accounts.
  • Consultative Sales: Use a consultative, solutions‑based approach to identify client needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Make weekly marketing calls and secure appointments to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Prepare tailored presentations, make formal sales pitches, and manage follow‑ups to close new business accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Managers and internal service teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales commitments and service capabilities.
  • Pricing & Bidding: Establish competitive quotes and bids that align with company financial goals.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to organize weekly sales activities, manage contacts, track opportunities, and ensure accountability.
  • Competitive Awareness: Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of IS2's services and keep up with market competition.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A 4-year degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the staffing industry in a business development role.
  • Familiarity with consultative, solutions‑based selling techniques.
  • Strong presentation and persuasive skills, with the confidence to work in a quota‑driven environment.
  • A high sense of urgency, an energetic and positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven self‑management skills with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales goals.
