Yokohama Account Manager - Eastern Ontario

This pivotal role focuses on expanding Yokohama’s footprint in Eastern Ontario. You will cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction while collaborating with various teams. Your expertise in business development will be essential as you identify new opportunities within your territory and represent Yokohama at trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture customer relationships for growth
• Resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams
• Conduct product knowledge sessions to educate clients
• Represent Yokohama at trade shows and conventions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in sales with relationship management
• College diploma or degree in related field
• Knowledge of the tire industry is a strong asset
• Experience in automotive or transportation sectors
• Strong communication skills in English
