We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to expand our business development initiatives. You'll work closely with recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales through cold calling and networking
• Build and maintain client relationships across sectors
• Collaborate with teams to fulfill staffing requests
• Identify and develop new accounts in Western Canada
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience
• Proven ability in outbound sales and lead generation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
